Haggis is one of my favorite meat products (I didn't write this article, or it would rave a bit more). It has a reputation, but it really is quite good. Looking forward to having some in January for Burns Night.

Ok, to those people who maybe "grossed out" by Haggis, it's not that bad. On my second trip to Scotland, we ate a "mini" Haggis dinner which included yellow turnip and potatoes mashed. The meal was delicious. And -- I never thought I would eat a turnip! The Haggis was very well seasoned and tasty. I think if people did not know the ingredients of Haggis, they would be more open to trying it.
